Why I’ve Started A Membership
I’ve spent a decade in corporate banking and years coaching women to break free from cultural scripts.
I know that for South Asian women, business isn’t just about the hustle, it’s about making a difference, balancing a personal life, and reclaiming our power.
In a culture where women are not valued as they should be, the challenges are often based around mindset. That is where I combine my business tools with a coaching framework, because it takes both to empower yourself and create a successful business.
As a business owner and mother of two, I’ve been through the overwhelm and have felt the isolation that can come with running a business on your own.
My aim for you is to find a community here to share your struggles and celebrate your wins. To learn and develop a solid strategy and ensure that you consistently show up and attract new clients.
I’ve created this collective because I see massive potential in the women I meet, and I believe we go further when we go together.
How the Collective Works
To maintain the the consistency and the depth of our strategic work, the Collective operates on a Quarterly Intake Model.
- Intake Cycles: Doors open only 4 times a year (March, June, September, December), ready for the strategy call the month after.
- A 90-Day Commitment: Business growth is a marathon, not a sprint. We ask for an initial 3-month commitment to ensure you see through a complete Strategic Quarter.
- Ongoing Support: After your first 90 days, you move to a rolling monthly contract that you can manage with total flexibility. You can cancel anytime, but need to provide one month’s notice.
- Sessions: All sessions take place online via Zoom. You will be informed of session dates and times in advance of the quarter, these will be during business hours, and we try to keep them to lunch times.
- Queries: If you have any questions, please join the waitlist and we will arrange a call to answer everything before you sign up. We want to make sure this is the right membership for you.
