A DISC profile
This is a personality profile report that you will receive after answering an online questionnaire from a specialist company. The profile is shockingly accurate about your personality! It goes into detail about your communication preferences, your strengths, and areas that you can work on for your personal development, helping to improve your interactions with others.
I also provide DISC profiles as a standalone product for businesses that want to improve their team work, contact me directly for details if this interests you.
Coaching Sessions
With email support throughout our time together and summaries to support your growth. Each session is 50 minutes online.

Career Coaching
Your company will train you to be great at your job, but coaching is an investment in your career and your long-term priorities to create the life you want. By investing in yourself you will have greater confidence and clarity to go after your next role and achieve your ambitions.
I recommend a minimum of three sessions to benefit from coaching as learning and results happen over time. I generally offer packages for 3 or 6 months of working together.
We will go through your ambitions and challenges to develop action plans that will give you direction and build on your successes. I stay with you throughout this journey as your mindset and behaviours start to shift, transforming your life.
Individual sessions are priced at £100 per session.
Packages include insights session and DISC Profile.
3 month package (6 sessions) is £760.
6 month package (12 sessions) is £1,235.

Business Coaching
This is ideal if you are in the early stages of business or want to work on your on-going strategy. We will work together to develop your vision, brand, and strategy to then enable you to grow your client base.
Includes:

- 50-minute sessions to cover your challenges and to develop an action plan for them.
- Business tools to help you plan in key areas.
- Email contact in between sessions to celebrate successes or discuss any issues.
At the end of our sessions, you will:

- Have an understanding of the market opportunities and challenges.
- Develop a strategy that is in line with your str/engths, lifestyle and preferences.
- Have a great understanding of your ideal clients that you will sell to so you can grow your audience.
Business coaching individual sessions are priced at £150 per session.
