With voluntary targets placed on FTSE Boards for the increased number of women and ethnic minorities, talent pipelines must be nurtured to support individuals up to senior management and beyond. 

Our mission is to support companies with this so that they improve diversity in leadership and attract and retain talent at every level.  

Our Services? 

One-to-one coaching provides individuals space and time to go through their goals and ambitions and then work towards a self-created action plan to meet their goals. By working with a coach they have support and accountability but also an increased self-awareness of their thinking patterns, values and beliefs that may be a barrier to their growth. 

We also work with Employee Resource Networks to support employees from marginalised/diverse backgrounds.  We know firsthand how colleagues often have to bridge two cultures and there can be common issues which can prevent people from speaking up, networking, developing their brand, or seeking new opportunities. 

Having a space to share experiences, provide advice and support and create networks can be powerful in supporting colleagues with progression as supporting them to feel accepted and valued.  

For women who work in male-dominated industries, such networks can facilitate conversations around barriers that women in particular face at different stages of their lives, giving them access to resources for support and sharing solutions. 

For people from diverse backgrounds, having a community group allows their experiences to be seen and heard and we can support them with specific examples and tools that can encourage them to create ambitious career paths. 

Within these ERGs, we have been able to present on specific topics that have a South Asian and female viewpoint, providing coaching tools and resources that support employees with setting goals in areas that they wish to work on.

Career Planning 

It is not often that we sit and plan what we really want from our careers and how to make it possible. By helping individuals to think about and create a long-term career plan, and then breaking it down into short-term actions, they can feel more in control and motivated and re-ignite their passion for what they do. 

Confidence 

Issues such as dealing with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and people-pleasing.  We focus on building confidence from within looking at core strengths, growth mindset and persisting through failure. 

Managing Work-Life Balance 

We all hear a lot about work-life balance, but that balance is nearly impossible to achieve, because we sometimes have to pay attention to one area of our lives more than others on certain occasions, but the question is how long can you do that before you feel the effects of burnout?  This webinar is centred around re-focussing on the important areas of your life, removing energy drainers, and discussing the different areas of self-care so employees know how to re-balance after a busy period to prevent burnout.  

How To Advocate For Yourself 

This topic focuses on why marginalised groups find it difficult to speak up for themselves, set boundaries and promote their personal brand.  We provide strategies for overcoming these barriers using a coaching approach, such as working on assertive communication. 

Booking Our Services

For one-to-one coaching discussions will take place beforehand to ensure the coach and client are a suitable match and to discuss the topics to be covered.  These sessions take place online at a time convenient to both coach and client.  Packages start at £825 for 6 sessions. 

If you are interested in a webinar for an Employee Resource Group, we recommend a webinar format to encourage participation from people who are also working from home, however we are happy to provide in person events too.  Events require 1-2 months booking in advance. 

Alongside the webinar/event, we provide an associated workbook to be distributed to all attendees so that they can go through the coaching tools in their own time and space.
